Managing the Customer Service website, a sales information site for vendors, chatbot, together with a team of frontend developers, UX & UI designers, and tech lead. Initiating the first steps to do quantitative testing on the web, based on the hypothesis about user's behavior and needs. Calculating business values, supported by automation data and visualization in business intelligence-tool.

Rebranding and release-responsible in the Swedish market. Daily hands-on work with performance-based acquisition and growth hacking methods via Google Marketing Platform, Social media, and Influencers. Setting new processes for new market features for e-commerce and email marketing. Responsible for all activations in paid, owned, and earned marketing channels for the Swedish market with excellent results. During 6-month the cost per acquisition decreased by -75% and conversions increased by +200%.
